[Busmgrs] Facility Grants 2017-19 biennium

Hope you all had a great weekend and were able to relax.

The 2018-19 Facility grant along with reconciled 2017-18 grants have been processed and posted to the web. Please review these grants as they will be on the March state school fund payment. Since this grant is prorated for the biennium we make a best calculated guess on what to pay out in the first year. The amount of grants this year were less than last year so we didn't have to pull funds from 17-18 to pay 18-19. The total amount applied for the biennium was $750,656,633 with only $9million in the grant the payout is at 1.2%.
