[CAFR-Contacts] Updated Statewide Balancing Reports

CAFR Accountants, 

The web-based set of statewide balancing reports has been updated with
data as of January 12, the close of December in R*STARS.  This is the
second quarterly update for fiscal year 2007.  Please use these reports
to monitor your agency's records and work with other agencies to correct
any transactions that are out of balance at the statewide level or that
have an incorrect GASB 38 code.  We plan to update this information on a
quarterly basis until fiscal year end.
