Good Morning CAFR Accountants!

 

This is just a reminder that August 21 (yesterday evening) was the last
date that the YE GL Tables in the Datamart will be updated. The YE GL
Tables will not be updated as of August 22.

 

Therefore, as discussed in the Year End Closing Training, please be sure
to switch over to using the Datamart Repository Reports (6610 and 6620)
that do not have YE in the title of the report after the close of Month
13. The reports titled 'DAFR 6610 Period 13' and 'DAFR 6620 Period 13'
would be the best reports to use on Monday, August 25. These reports are
linked to the regular GL Tables in the Datamart and will give you
current information as of August 22, the close of Month 13. These
reports will be useful in completing your agency's disclosure forms.
