[CAFR-Contacts-News] OAM Policy Update: SPOTS Card Program

Hello CAFR Accountants,

 

OAM 55.30.00, SPOTS Card Program, has been updated as the result of an
agency work group led by Joy Sebastian. Please note that this update
reflects the new format designated for DAS statewide policies; the
policy and procedure are combined within one document 

 

One important change that agencies should be aware of is the need to
redact the cardholder number when faxing SPOTS card information to
vendors. When faxing the signature on the back, agencies must be sure to
remove the three-digit code from the faxed information.

 

The comment period ends on May 20. Please send your questions or
