[CAFR-Contacts-News] Updated D23 Fund Request Form

Hello CAFR Accountants,

 

The D23 fund request form has been updated and now includes two new
fields to provide GASB 54 information. GASB 54 information is required
when requesting new "governmental" D23 funds.

 

The updated form may be found on the SFMS website under FORMS.
