[CAFR-Contacts-News] 2014 SARS Year-end Training on iLearn

Hello CAFR Contacts,

Recently I sent out an email confirming the date of the SARS Year-end Training, which will be held at the Employment Auditorium on June 10th.

I am now pleased to share that we have added this training to the Oregon iLearn website, that the training will be from 1 pm to 3 pm, and that we will be offering 2 hours of CPE as part of this training.

The training topics will include an overview of GASB 65 Items Previously Reported as Assets and Liabilities and guidance on how the standard is to be implemented, an overview of GASB 68 Accounting and Financial Reporting for Pensions, along with some assorted housekeeping items
