[CAFR-Contacts-News] Distributions to UO, OSU, PSU

Hello CAFR Contacts:

New D10 comptroller objects have been established for the distributions to UO, OSU and PSU, with an effective date of July 1, 2014, as they will no longer be state agencies for financial reporting purposes, and therefore there can be no transfers to or from them.  The new D10s are as follows:

6450 - Distribution to University of Oregon
6451 - Distribution to Oregon State University
6452 - Distribution to Portland State University

Effective July 1, 2014, transactions with these three universities should be treated the same as you have been accounting for transactions with OHSU.

As a reminder, the other four public universities (Southern Oregon, Western Oregon, Eastern Oregon, and OIT) will continue to be part of the Oregon University System for FY 15. As a state agency, OUS will continue to be able to send and receive transfers.
