[CAFR-Contacts-News] OAM out for comment

Hello CAFR Contacts,

Payroll OAM 45.50.00 Collection of Overpayment has been updated and is currently out for comment.  This revised OAM has combined the existing OAMs 45.50.00 PO and 45.50.00 PR into a single OAM, in addition to updating the policy and procedure sections.
