Good Morning CAFR Contacts,

OAM 55.30.00, which covers the SPOTS Card Program has been updated, with an effective date of 12/31/14.  This OAM can be found at http://www.oregon.gov/DAS/CFO/SARS/Pages/oam_toc.aspx#Chapter_55___Other_Programs. Appendix B of this OAM is an Excel file and can be accessed right below the link to the actual OAM.

Related forms 75.55.01 FO SPOTS Agency Operating Agreement and 75.55.02 SPOTS Card Application and Agreement have also been updated and they can be found at http://www.oregon.gov/DAS/CFO/SARS/Pages/oam_toc.aspx#Chapter_75___Forms.

This OAM was out for comment from November 5 through December 5.
