[CAFR-Contacts-News] Updated Bonds and COPs OAM

Good Afternoon CAFR Contacts,

SARS has posted the updated Bonds and COPs OAM, 15.65.10 (http://www.oregon.gov/DAS/CFO/SARS/policies/oam/15.65.10.pdf).  This OAM updates OAM 15.65.10 PO and PR by combining them into a single OAM and incorporating GASB 65 changes.

This OAM was out for comment in May.
