[CAFR-Contacts-News] Updated Debt Refunding OAM

Good Afternoon CAFR Contacts,

SARS has posted the updated Debt Refunding OAM, 15.65.30 (http://www.oregon.gov/DAS/CFO/SARS/policies/oam/15.65.30.pdf).  This OAM update incorporates GASB 65 changes as well as using bonds in the examples, rather than COPs given the reduced use of COPs.

This OAM was out for comment in April.
