OMB has released the final 2016 Compliance Supplement. The complete document (1622 pages) can be found on OMB's website here<https://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/omb/assets/OMB/circulars/a133_compliance/2016/2016_compliance_supplement.pdf>.

Also, OMB will be posting the "breakout files" later this week.  For now, we wanted to let you know that the final document has been released.
