[CAFR-Contacts-News] OAMs out-for-comment: (1) Bonds and COPs; and (2) Debt Refunding

Hello CAFR Contacts,

SARS has placed two OAMs out-for-comment on our website (http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/OAM.aspx):


1.     15.65.10 Bonds and COPs; and

2.     15.65.30 Debt Refunding

For both, a track changes version has also been provided.

The updates are primarily related to (1) the use of Treasury and Union Bank instead of Wells Fargo and (2) DAS invoicing for issuance costs for those bond issuances and refundings it manages.

The comment period for both OAMs ends at close of business, Thursday, July 20.
