Hello CAFR Contacts,

OAM 05.20.00, Fund Appropriation Structure has been placed out-for-comment on the SARS website<http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/OAM.aspx>.

Consistent with how we've exposed OAM updates recently, there are two versions available, one utilizing track changes and one without.

The changes are primarily to reflect current GAAP funds, unit names, and the capital construction threshold used in budget development.
