Hello CAFR Contacts,

SARS has placed OAM 30.40.00, "Subrecipient Monitoring and Audit Reviews" out for comment.  This OAM combines 30.40.00 PR and 30.40.00 PO into a single OAM and incorporates updates and changes based on Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200).
