35.20.30 Ability to Pay or Deny Services
35.30.20 Invoicing and Interest
35.30.40 Telephone Collections
35.30.70 Skip Tracing and Asset Location
35.70.10 Interagency Billings/Payments/Progressive Actions
Note: 35.70.20 Interagency Progressive Actions was removed from the OAM; the policy language was incorporated into 35.70.10
