The following policies were approved with an effective date of 07/01/2018 and have been incorporated into Oregon Accounting Manual<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/OAM.aspx> Chapter 35:

35.30.10 - scheduling collection activity
35.30.60 - payment plans
35.40.10 - assignments/exemptions
35.40.20 - collection fees
35.40.40 - private collection firms (removed from the OAM due to 07/01/2018 law change)
35.50.10 - write-off guidelines
35.60.10 - reporting liquidated and delinquent accounts
