The SARS Year-end Close Training is now available on iLearn.

Course title: DAS - 2018 SARS Year-End Close Training

The training will begin at 8:30 at the Employment Auditorium, located at 875 Union Street NE in Salem, and will conclude at 11:30.  CPE will be available.

*         GASB 75 Accounting and Financial Reporting for Postemployment Benefits Other Than Pensions

*         GASB 84 Fiduciary Activities

*         GASB 86 Certain Debt Extinguishment Issues

*         GASB 87 Leases

*         Year-end Schedule

*         Disclosure of Restricted Assets

*         Changes to Disclosures

*         Federal Fund Particpation (FFP) Reporting

As a reminder, someone from each agency must attend this training to be eligible for the FY 2018 Gold Star Award, unless an exception is granted in writing from SARS.

This is a reminder to save the date for the FY 2018 Year-end Close Training, which will be held between on the morning of June 14.  We're wrapping up the agenda, and we'll have it available on iLearn soon.

Someone from each agency must attend this training to be eligible for the FY 2018 Gold Star Award, unless an exception is granted in writing from SARS.
