Good morning.

The Statewide Accounts Receivable Management team, in partnership with the Accounts Receivable Core Committee Policy Development and Review Subcommittee, updated several Oregon Accounting Manual (OAM) Chapter 35 policies to incorporate changes passed during the 2017 Legislative Session.

The following draft policies are currently out-for-comment on the OAM webpage<http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/OAM.aspx>:

OAM 35.30.10 - Scheduling Activity
OAM 35.30.50 - Letter Collections
OAM 35.30.60 - Payment Plans
OAM 35.40.20 - Collection Fees
