Hello CAFR Contacts,

The updates to OAM 55.30.00 have been approved and incorporated into the OAM.

There were two changes made to what was placed out-for-comment: (1) using the current format for OAMs, which is modifies the introduction and adds a footer; and (2) replacing a reference to OMB Circular A-87 in paragraph 151 with Uniform Guidance, as A-87 has been superseded by Uniform Guidance.

Hello CAFR Contacts,

OAM 55.30.00, which covers the SPOTS Card Program has been placed out-for-comment.  There are some wording changes and it reflects the update to OAM 50.20.00 Tax Issues: Moving Expenses which was updated earlier this year, which resulted in moving expense reimbursements being largely taxable.
