[CAFR-Contacts-News] OAM Updates

Hello CAFR Contacts,

OAMs 70.10.00, 70.20.00, 70.30.00, and 70.40.00, which cover active and obsolete agencies has been updated and posted to the OAM website: https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/OAM.aspx.  Of note is that the Chief Education Office (Agency 524) and the Oregon Orchardgrass Seed Producers Commission (Agency 60310-655 - one of the commodity commissions) ceased being state agencies on July 1.

In addition, OAM 30.40.00 Federal Compliance: Subrecipient Monitoring and Audit Reviews has been updated to reflect the ability of state agencies to obtain a subrecipient's financial statements and SEFA from the Federal Audit Clearinghouse, so in most cases a subrecipient will not need to submit them to the state agency. This OAM was out-for-comment from July 19 through August 2.
