[CAFR-Contacts-News] SEFA and post-close and/or audit adjustments

Hello CAFR Contacts,

As a reminder, in the event that your agency has any post-close and/or audit adjustments that relate to a federal program:


*         Agencies must determine the dollar amount of the adjustment by CFDA number and title and communicate the information to their SARS analyst.



*         SARS and SOS Audits will determine the impact to the SEFA.



*         If SARS and SOS Audits determine it's necessary, SARS will request the agency to submit a SEFA corrections form.
