[CAFR-Contacts-News] SPOTS OAM Out for Comment

Hello CAFR Contacts,

OAM 55.30.00 which covers SPOTS use is out for comment until Thursday, February 7 (https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/OAM.aspx).  Two versions are available, including one that uses track changes.  The most significant change is to prohibiting use of the SPOTS card for employee moving expenses due to federal tax changes in 2018 that precipitated the change to OAM 50.20.00 Moving Expenses last year.  There are some other wording changes as well.
