Subject: RX Public Assistance COVID-19 FEMA Daily Update 4.10.2020

Happy Friday! Just a short update today;  please keep letting us know how we can assist you.

Follow up CBTS Sites Transition: See the attached PDF that addresses the option to transition federal community based testing sites to state management. In general, activities local and state governments are or will be conducting at Community Based Testing Sites are eligible for reimbursement under the Public Assistance program, subject to the usual cost eligibility requirements found at page 21-42 of the FEMA Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide.

Community Disaster Loan Program: There have been a few questions regarding CDLP and requests for more information. FEMA HQ is currently working on a proposed alternative program delivery due to the high demand COVID-19 poses. We will notify you when we receive further guidance from HQ.
