Pre-Payment of Non-Federal Cost Share for CARES Act Funding: Please find attached a memorandum that contains guidance for States, Territories and Tribal governments to use the Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) funding to pay for cost share.  There is a misconception that States/Territories need to make payment to FEMA by December 30, 2020 in order to utilize the CRF for cost share.  The memo and attachments contain information regarding estimating the State cost share and sending payments to FEMA if States would like to make an estimated payment in advance of receiving cost share requests.

CISA Releases New Resources on Cold Storage Safety and Security: On December 14, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) released new resources to prepare for distribution of the coronavirus vaccine. These documents provide critical information to partners who protect the security and integrity of facilities that will receive, house, and distribute COVID-19 vaccines.
