Good afternoon,

Happy Monday! Hope you all had a restful weekend. Here is short update for today! Please keep letting us know how we can assist you, and if there are any particular topics or questions you'd like to be addressed.

Eligibility of Emergency Protective Measures: There are continuing questions across the nation about the eligibility of various costs that are not direct EPM, such as PPE, face coverings, cleaning/disinfecting, and alternate means of accomplishing necessary tasks. In general, these costs are eligible only if they are in direct support of otherwise eligible EPM. Please continue to ask your PA lead or our policy team know if you have any questions about specific costs.

Federal Funding Priority Order for NCS:  HUD has released the attached, FEDERAL FUNDING PRIORITY ORDER FOR NON-CONGREGATE SHELTER DURING COVID-19. The purpose of this document is to provide funding information to agencies and organizations providing assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness, specifically NCS during the COVID-19 declared disaster. This order of assistance provides information to recipients on how to utilize different Federal resources for the highest and best use for the operation of NCS.
