[CAFR-Contacts-News] Updated COVID-19 Cost Tracking FAQs

Hello CAFR Contacts,

Attached are the updated COVID-19 Cost Tracking FAQs, updated with the conference call today. We're working on getting these up on the SARS website, but in the meantime, we wanted to get them in front of you.

New questions are: 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, 2.3, 4.2, and 5.1.
Question 3.10, which includes the definition of direct costs, has been expanded, with information on "in relation to" costs.
