Testing/surveillance/contact tracing: Eligibility of testing and surveillance programs has come up in many regions; HQ is looking at this now and we will let you know when we get further guidance. These costs are eligible for Treasury CRF assistance, according to their FAQ: https://home.treasury.gov/system/files/136/Coronavirus-Relief-Fund-Frequently-Asked-Questions.pdf

Interagency Updates:

  *   U.S. Department of Commerce: Please see the link<https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/USEDA/bulletins/28a4f9d>, for more information from the U.S. Dept of Commerce's Economic Development Administration (EDA) in regard to details of its COVID-19 CARES Act supplemental funding of their Economic Adjustment Assistance program.
  *   U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: The ACS Funding Source Tip Sheet <https://files.asprtracie.hhs.gov/documents/aspr-tracie-acs-funding-sources-establishment-and-operationalization.pdf> is now live!   *   Referral inbox for Interagency Requests: Our Interagency Recovery Task Force has been working hard to unify agencies and departments responding to COVID19-related economic and social issues in the four Northwest states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington; please see the attached one-pager.
