Project update

November was filled with activity and progress for the OregonBuys project. Our team focused its energy on finishing the project schedule ─ which we’re delighted to report is substantially complete. The Steering Committee will review and give final schedule approval in December. As we continue these efforts, we're excited to share the official date for the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) Replacement go-live: July 1, 2021.

Scheduling of core team orientations has also begun. We're sending invitations to large, medium, and some small-sized agencies for December sessions. Additional project activities in November included assembling a team to test ORPIN Replacement enterprise processes. We also continued outreach to statewide price agreement vendors to get them registered in the system.
