Good afternoon CAFR Contacts!

The statewide balancing reports have been updated and posted to the web. The reports contain data through October 16, 2020.

Please use these reports to monitor your agency's records and work with other agencies to correct any transactions that are out-of-balance at the statewide level or that have an incorrect GASB 38 code.

Additionally, the Statewide Balancing Report Update Schedule has been created for Fiscal Year 2021.

The SWB reports and the update schedule can be accessed through the following link: http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/Balancing.aspx.
