See the email below and the attached regarding draft language for COVID-19-related federal awards that will be included in the upcoming compliance supplement addendum. If you have any comments, please communicate them to me no later than close of business on Thursday, September 24 so I can get them to NASACT.

Among other awards, the draft compliance supplement associated with the Coronavirus Relief Fund (CFDA 21.019) is within the attached.

Hi Single Audit Friends,

Please find attached for your review and comments the COVID-19 programs that will be added to the 2020 Compliance Supplement as Addendum (Addendum).

A few notes –

1.     HHS has withdrawn the Rural Health Clinic Testing program (CFDA 93.697) for the Addendum
2.     We are still waiting on 2 HUD programs: CFDA 14.218 and 14.231
3.     Education SFA and USDA had added some exemptions related to their programs due to COVID-19.

For this review, we ask you to worry about content only.
All editorial and formatting actions will be worked concurrently with the Vett review.

We appreciate your comments by Monday 09/28/20.  Please send them to Linda at CP2US and me.
