Project update

February was filled with project activity and engagement with state agencies. Our team finished 41 agency core team orientations and, with help from volunteers, completed ORPIN Replacement enterprise testing. We also held a small agency-focused forum for small state agencies, boards, and commissions. We’re now transitioning to bi-weekly meetings with each of the state agency core teams. These meetings begin in March and run through June. We’re also planning three Organization Administrator (OA) orientation sessions in March. The final dates and details will be announced by email. Each core team agency needs to designate an OA to participate in orientation.

Lastly, we want to acknowledge how the recent ice storm proved once again that Oregonians are resilient! Like many of you, our team persevered and continued project work despite widespread power outages. We appreciate your flexibility as we worked together to get through the challenges!
