[CAFR-Contacts-News] End of ECC Reporting - week ending 1/15/21

Hello CAFR Contacts,

I'd like to thank every agency for their efforts with weekly and monthly reporting to the Office of Emergency Management's Emergency Coordination Center (ECC) going back to March 2020. The information reported has been invaluable to statewide leadership over these past 10 months. The reporting to ECC will end with next week's submission, due by Wednesday, January 20, and for the week ending January 15. This is also true for those that have monthly reports submitted to ECC and/or DAS related to the use of the statewide project numbers and phases, COVID1-19 and IRTCVD-19.

Regarding the use of those statewide project numbers and phases, as SFMA is the state's book or record, leadership has requested that the use of those codes continue to be used as much as practicable when there are costs incurred related to the state's COVID response, which is ongoing. If your agency has an approved alternative to those statewide project numbers and phases, that process should similarly continue.

Thank you again for your partnership over these past 10 months. Again, just one more week to go for ECC reporting, so please continue to send your information next week.

An extra thank you to the finance team at ECC, which has been a great partner compiling the responses from state agencies across the enterprise on a weekly basis.
