[Capital_Librarians] Feb Meeting minutes and next meeting date

Thank you to everyone who attended our meeting today.  I think it was a great kick-off and we already have found many ways that we can work together in the future. A membership list, with email and phone numbers, is attached.  Please check your information for any errors.
 
I've scheduled our next meeting for Wednesday, March 4th, in Basement Room 9 at the Oregon State Library

Patricia Nielsen - Legislative Library overview and Session timeline
            The Legislative Library has 4 computers for public use
Jane Kirby - suggestion for collaboration for OLA exhibit table, April 1 - 3.  Robert will get more information out to the group, including cost.
Jerry Curry - introduced idea of using GovSpace for collaboration

Dave Hegeman - briefly introduced idea of collaborative purchasing of journal subscriptions.  OSL and ODOT are currently partnering in the purchase of a print/online subscription to ASCE journals through an interagency agreement.  OSL provides online access and ODOT receives the print copy.
 
It was decided to schedule our next meeting in March, preferably on a Wednesday at the State Library.
