[collaborative-vr] VR career advice

Hello collective wisdom,

I received an interesting question that I'd like to get your input about.

A library staff member who is in the process of obtaining her MLS is facing severe health issues around light exposure, and is exploring virtual reference as one career avenue to continue in librarianship.

Do you have any career advice for her? My impression is that most reference jobs are a combination of VR and in-person, but I could be wrong. I also know that QP hires occasionally for backup staff. Any suggestions appreciated!
