[Comm-Council] advertising agencies

Seeking list wisdom:

Here at Parks, we have had ATAs (Agreement to Agree, i.e., umbrella contracts) with both graphic design firms and advertising agencies for the last few years. We are going out to bid again soon. I am not concerned about finding good graphic design firms, but I am hoping for a more robust response to the advertising RFP. Along with putting the RFPs on ORPIN, we plan to directly alert as many agencies as possible to the opportunity ($1 million-plus). I do indeed have a list of firms, but I am looking for agencies who have clear, demonstrable experience with natural resources, recreation, outdoor and environmental industries.
