All, 

I am out next week on an all strings attached vacation with my in-laws
in CO.  During my absence, Brian White will be acting manager Monday and
Tuesday (6/19 and 6/20).  William Knight will be acting for me the
balance of the week and covering the Environmental Quality Commission
meeting.  Their contact information follows.  I will have my Blackberry,
but will only listen to voicemail at the start and end of the day, so if
there is something really urgent, call that number (mobile below).  I
