[Comm-Council] Spanish language interpreters and publications

Hi, everybody.  The Governor's Office wants to know which Departments or
agencies utilize Spanish-language interpreters, and which publish or
distribute materials printed in Spanish.  Please check within your
Departments, divisions, offices, etc., to determine whether and to what
extent you use Spanish interpreters or distribute Spanish-language
printed matter, and notify me ASAP.  Thanks.
