Governor Kulongoski to Sign a Series of Legislation 

Salem -On Monday, Governor Ted Kulongoski will sign four pieces of
legislation to prohibit 'golden parachutes' contracts for school
administrators, require public construction projects to commit a
percentage of construction dollars for solar energy, designate special
license plates for Congressional Medal of Honor recipients and require
self-extinguishing light bulbs be used in all schools.
