The Department of Consumer and Business Services has adopted the
attached plain language plan as required by HB 2702 (2007). Please
circulate to agency staff as appropriate.

 

If you have not done so already, please send your agency's plain
language contact person to regulatory.streamlining at state.or.us. This
person will be the contact for distributing information about the plain
language standard including training opportunities. Please provide
contact information by Dec. 1, 2007.
