Governor to close 2008 food drive and recognize outstanding effort by
agencies to feed Oregon's hungry 

(Salem) - Governor Ted Kulongoski tomorrow will close the 2008
Governor's Food Drive in a ceremony at the Department of Veteran's
Affairs. During the ceremony the Governor will hand out awards to
agencies that did outstanding work in gathering donations of food for
hungry Oregonians. The Governor will also announce final numbers for the
amount of food donated by all state agencies.
