[Comm-Council] Request from PEBB

Dear members,

 

Many agencies maintain a "benefits" Web page in which they outline state
employees' benefits for existing or prospective employees. In the last
few months, PEBB has experienced an increased call volume from employees
that have questions about outdated information they've accessed on an
agency's Web site.  

 

PEBB requests that you link to the PEBB home page rather than attempting
to list specifics about PEBB benefits on your Web site. In addition to
changes that occur at the beginning of each plan year, other changes
occur throughout the year. This makes it difficult for agencies to keep
Web pages up-to-date. By linking directly to PEBB, you'll reduce
confusion for employees. 

 

Please forward this request to the appropriate people in your agency.
