[Comm-Council] Please review Web site for building closures

It's time for the annual review of the building closure Web site. As you
may recall, DAS built the site last year to communicate with employees
and citizens if a state building closes because of inclement weather or
other adverse conditions. The site augments other communication tools,
such as notifying the media. 

 

Please pay close attention to the pages that list "Offices by County."
The purpose of those pages is to provide citizens with a handy reference
in case they need to access state services in a nearby county
(conditions permitting). Not every state office should appear. If an
agency maintains a regional or field office that does not involve
interaction with citizens, the location does not need to appear. 

 

The information on the site represents the locations that agencies
provided to DAS last year.
