[Comm-Council] Running charity drives by Committee

At Friday's meeting someone mentioned that their agency has a committee of staff who run all of the charitable functions in a given year. My boss was intrigued by the idea and asked me who he should talk to--and of course I can't remember who brought this up!
If your agency runs the Charitable Fund Drive, Food Drive, etc. with one organizing committee (whether you're the one who mentioned this a week ago or not), could you please let me know? Since CFD Coordinators are supposed to be named by Friday the 24th, ASAP responses would be much appreciated!
