[CtyTobProMgrs] City of Sisters supports TRL

Hello,
There's been a lot going on regarding TRL in Deschutes County this week.

On Wednesday, City of Sisters voted to support a letter to the Board of County Commissioners for countywide TRL. This makes three out of the four incorporated cities in support of countywide TRL. City of Redmond has not stated their position yet.
