Good morning agency payroll and HR staff,

The New Year is upon us and it seems like a good time to make sure that each agency has the appropriate authorization needed in order to request status checks from PERS.

I have attached a list of staff who are currently authorized. Please review for your agency and identify any changes needed. Please email your changes to Coleen Hogan at Coleen.Hogan at oregon.gov<mailto:Coleen.Hogan at oregon.gov>.

When emailing Coleen, please include your agency number in the subject line of the email to ensure proper updates are made.
