[DAS_Centralized_PERS_Services_Team] Request for Assistance With Reminders

Good Morning,

Due to an unexpected long term absence on the CPERS team, we will be operating short staffed for the next several months.  Some of the duties that are being covered by remaining staff are the forms requests and the reminders.  The fewer reminders that are required allow staff to work on tasks that ultimately result in benefits to agency employees.  The CPERS team asks that agencies respond to information requests within the specified time frame on the initial email.   It takes a lot of time to send out reminders which is not an efficient use of staff time and ultimately these delays have the effect of postponing benefits for state employees.
