Good afternoon,

In compliance to the statewide request from the Emergency Coordinating Center (ECC) at the Office of Emergency Management and Chief Financial Office - Statewide Accounting and Reporting Section (SARS), a work charge number has been created for only staff time in the "RESPONSE" of this Coronavirus Pandemic to record employee time in the state's Epayroll system.  The number "PJTCOVID119" is to be entered in the "Work Charge" field in Epayroll.

To help prevent or reduce mistakes entering work charge number "PJTCOVID119" in the Epayroll system, each agency can set up a 4-digit Hotkey to look up the work charge number.  If agencies' payroll staff interested in setting this 4-digit Hotkey in the Epayroll system, please see attached instructions.

There has been recent updates for guidance and frequently ask questions on cost tracking of the COVID-19 Reporting.  See attached links:
