To assist you with processing voluntary contributions, the following tools have been revised and are available on the CPERS site:

Forms:
The Year to Date Correction Form<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Payroll/Pages/cpers.aspx> (under forms) has been revised to include a column for VC deductions.

Resources:
The Voluntary Contribution Process<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Payroll/Documents/Voluntary%20Contributions%20Guide.pdf> document has been revised to include information about how to stopping VC deductions.

The PERS Retro Adjustment Guide<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Payroll/Documents/PERS%20Retro%20Adjustment%20Guide.pdf> has been revised to include scenarios for retro corrections to pay that includes VC deductions.
