I am excited to share that Tim Lowry is our new OSPS Manager.  Tim started on Tuesday October 8th.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Oregon State University.  For over 21 years, Tim worked for Paychex Inc., his background includes leadership roles within payroll services, ensuring accuracy in data handling, and developing procedural manuals for consistency. He has a track record of successfully interpreting federal and state laws affecting payroll processing. For reference, Paychex is a large provider of payroll and benefit services, serving thousands of clients in the US and Europe.
